HOW do I CARE FOR MY VISCO DESIGNS JEWELRY?
Each piece of Visco Designs jewelry is carefully handmade using semi-precious stones and noble metals. To prevent tarnishing and discoloration, we recommend applying perfumes, lotions, hairsprays and cosmetics before putting on your Visco jewelry.
While slight, occasional moisture should not damage your piece, we strongly recommend removing your jewelry before bathing or swimming to preserve its beauty and durability.
Some semi-precious stones are dyed to create diversity of color - these colors may fade after repeated exposure to water or sun.
We use the best stainless steel wire available, but even this will eventually tarnish and break if repeatedly exposed to water.
Visco Designs jewelry is both beautiful and delicate and should be worn and handled with care. No unnatural force should be placed on the pieces (pulling or striking) as this could cause breakage.
WHAT DOES GOLD-FILLED MEAN? WILL MY BRACELET TARNISH?
Gold-filled metals are created by heat and pressure bonding layers of 14 karat gold with a lesser metal. Unlike gold plating, the gold-filled beads, clasps, and hardware we use will not turn green, chip or fade to a different color than yellow. Our pieces are safe for people with metal allergies and with proper care they will continue to stay lustrous and shiny.

Where does Visco Designs ship?
We ship to all 50 States. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship internationally.
When can I expect my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will be processed on the following business day. You will receive e-mail updates throughout the processing and shipping process to keep you in the loop!

How will my Visco Designs order arrive? How can I track my order?
We ship First Class Priority Mail via USPS (delivery is usually within 2 - 3 business days). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with its USPS Tracking Number.
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
We currently accept returns in the form of exchange or store credit only. Please send an e-mail to info@viscodesigns.com within 10 days of receiving your order to begin arranging the process. All credit and exchanges only accepted for unworn pieces with original packaging.

We stand by our product and want you to love everything you have from Visco Designs. Each piece is completely handmade and assembled individually, and therefore is benefited by the charming idiosyncrasies of any artisan's craft. We take pride in their quality and construction, and guarantee them against defect that may have occurred during construction.
While we use the absolute strongest materials and methods to construct our pieces, they are assembled and not solid-construction pieces. We do not guarantee abnormalities or breakages that develop from time and normal wear and tear. Natural materials such as stones and metals can develop patina, discolor, fade, wear or chip over time. This is the value of these resources and we respect these changes as part of their natural beauty.
